Founded in 1989, Eastern Revenue, Inc. (ERI) is a Pennsylvania-based, fully bonded and insured collection agency operating in full compliance with all applicable regulations. With over three decades of experience, ERI has provided ethical and effective collection services to more than 125 clients across various industries.

ERI is committed to delivering maximum returns to our clients while upholding the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. Our business philosophy centers on achieving superior results without compromising the integrity of our clients’ reputations.

In support of our long-term growth strategy, ERI has expanded through the acquisitions of Financial Recoveries in 2010, RMC in 2016, and Remit Corporation in 2017. These strategic additions underscore our dedication to becoming a nationally recognized leader in the accounts receivable management industry.

Meet The Team

Tammy Robertson, President

Tammy Robertson,
President

Tammy has been in the collections industry for over 20 years. She kickstarted her career with OSI in 2005, then spent three years with NCO Financial Systems before joining Eastern Revenue in 2010. Throughout her time in the industry, Tammy has had the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business. She spent her first 10 years as a collector, managing a wide range of portfolios and special projects.

In 2015, she was promoted to Director of Business Development, where she oversaw the onboarding of new clients and monitored the performance of all existing clients.

In June 2024, Tammy purchased Eastern Revenue, Inc. and assumed the role of President. In this new position, she is eager to continue advancing both herself and the company into the future of collections.

Tammy is a dedicated wife and mother who enjoys attending live music and comedy events.

Matt Robertson,
VP Of Operations

Matt has been in the collections industry for 11 years, with his entire tenure dedicated to Eastern Revenue. He began his career in 2013 as a collector and was promoted to team supervisor in 2017. In that role, Matt oversaw a team of collectors and was responsible for handling escalated issues and monitoring performance goals.

In June 2024, Matt was promoted to Vice President of Operations. He now dedicates his time to supporting ERI’s entire collections team, ensuring the highest level of success across all areas.

Outside the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and watching sporting events.

Dianne Schmitt, Director of Client Services & Compliance

Dianne Schmitt,
Director of Client Services & Compliance

Dianne has over 30 years of experience in the collections industry. She began her career as a collector at Allied Bond in 1994 and later worked for Sears and NCO Financial Systems, Inc., where she advanced through roles from administrative support to Vice President (1997–2011). Her expertise includes operations, project management, and account management, with a strong focus on efficiency, productivity, and consistency.

Since joining Eastern Revenue, Inc. in 2013, Dianne has led the Client Services and Compliance departments, overseeing vendor management, special projects, and process improvements. She holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, is certified in record retention and destruction, and earned an Associate’s Degree from Bucks County Community College.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and son.

Joe Scannapieco,
Collections Manager

With over 25 years of experience in the collections industry, Joe brings a results-driven approach to his role as Collections Manager at Eastern Revenue, Inc. He takes pride in driving revenue growth and helping his team meet and exceed both individual and company goals.

Joe is passionate about mentoring his team and serves as a bridge between employees and their full potential. He focuses on educating, motivating, and empowering his team to achieve long-term success.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys cooking, bowling, and staying active through exercise.

With over 7 years of marketing experience, Nanda brings a dynamic and well-rounded approach to the team. She has led marketing efforts across a variety of industries including weddings and events, small businesses, hair studios, and staffing. While crafting targeted campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement.

A proud Temple University graduate with a degree in marketing, Nanda thrives on delivering results through creative strategy.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog Penny relaxing outdoors, cooking, and reading.
