Tammy Robertson, President
Tammy has been in the collections industry for almost 20 years. She kickstarted her career with OSI in 2005 then spent 3 years with NCO Financial Systems until she started at Eastern Revenue in 2010. In her time in the industry, Tammy has had the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business. She spent her first 10 years as a collector, managing an array of portfolios and special projects. In 2015 she took a promotion to Director of Business Development where she oversaw the onboarding of new clients as well as monitoring performance for all existing clients.
In June of 2024, Tammy purchased Eastern Revenue, Inc. and has now taken on the role of President. In her new role she is eager to continue to advance herself, as well as the company, into the future of collections.
Tammy is a dedicated wife and mom and enjoys spending time at live music and comedy events.
Matt Robertson , VP of Operations
Matt has been in the collection industry for 11 years, with his time fully dedicated to Eastern Revenue. He began his career in 2013 as a collector and was promoted to a team supervisor in 2017. As a supervisor, Matt oversaw a team of collectors and was responsible for assisting with elevated issues, and monitoring performance goals. In June of 2024 Matt was promoted to VP of Operations and now dedicates his time to ERI’s entire collection team to ensure the highest level of success for all.
In his time away from the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and watching sporting events.
Dianne Schmitt, Director of Client Services & Compliance
Dianne has over 30 years of collection experience. She started as a collector at Allied Bond in 1994 and worked for Sears as a collector in 1996. She was hired by NCO Financial Systems, Inc. in 1997. Her expertise includes operations, project management, and account management. She concentrates on improving efficiencies and productivity, and delivering organizational consistency. Her prior roles with NCO included a progressive career track from administration support to supervisor, then manager and director of support services from 1997 – 2005. She was a vice president from 2005-2011.
Dianne joined ERI in 2013; and oversees the client service and compliance departments, vendor management, special projects and process improvement initiatives. Dianne has a six-sigma yellow belt, certified in record retention and destruction, received an Associate’s Degree at Bucks County Community College.
In her free time, Dianne enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading and going to the beach.
Steve Guinaldo, Director of Business Development
Steve has been in the collection industry for almost 30 years. He got his start as a collector with NCO Financial Systems in 1995. In 2002 he left NCO and helped to start up AR Resources, Inc. in Blue Bell PA.
At AR Resources Steve served as VP of Sales. Steve’s primary responsibility was developing new business.
In January 2021, Steve joined the Eastern Revenue team. As Director of Business Development, Steve oversees onboarding new clients as well as managing relationships with all current clients.
In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and golfing.
Joe Scannapieco, Collections Manager
Joe has been in the collection industry over 25 years. As Collections Manager for ERI, he prides himself in generating revenue and achieving both team and company goals. One of his goals is to be the bridge between employees and their unlocked potential. He strives to educate and motivate his team to be as successful as possible.
In his free time, Joe enjoys cooking, bowling and exercise.
